Kathy trained as a dietitian in London UK and is registered in Singapore, the UK and Australia.
She has 13 years clinical experience, with 11 of these years, spent as a paediatric dietitian.
Kathy is the Chair of the private practice interest group - Singapore Nutrition and Dietetic Association.
She is on the committee for the Allergy and Asthma Association, Singapore.
Kathy has been recognised as an expert in the area of 'early life nutrition', she is now a member of Nutrition Plus, a network of expert dietitians, in the field of fertility, pregnancy and postpartum nutrition.
Experience in 3 London (UK) teaching hospitals, most recently Great Ormond Street Hospital for children (Paediatric Gastroenterology Dietitian).
Worked for 'Healthy kids' Australia, managing the kitchen gardens program in rural schools, across New South Wales.
Volunteered for the charity CHIVA Africa (Children with HIV and Aids), in South Africa.
With a special interest in early life nutrition, she has just completed a 20 week course on Nutrition Therapy for Fertility and pregnancy, ran for Dietitians, by Nutrition Plus, Australia.
Now running a business and a consultant Prenatal and Paediatric Dietitian, she really hopes to make an impact in early nutrition and is here to support you.
Kathy has set up Kids Nutrition Singapore, after years of working as a clinical dietitian, in a range of settings, cultures and countries. She has seen first-hand, the impact of nutrition alone, on improving the lives of young children and their mothers.
Her passion is to help more 'mums to be', 'new mums' and children, across the world, to feel happier and safer, in understanding the nutrition and lifestyle that is right for them.
